Noor Project’s first phase connected to grid

The first unit of North Africa’s largest solar energy installation has been connected to the grid in Morocco.

The first phase of the Noor project, a 160MW and solar thermal plant new based in the Ouzarate province, cost USD$894 million to implement and will form the beginning of the 2GW development.
